A dough made from a special mix of flours




Type 0 soft wheat flour tenero tipo 0, acqua, farina di riso, farina di soia, pasta acida di frumento essiccata, olio extravergina d’oliva, sale, lievito.

Preparation and cooking:

Cooking time: 4-5 minutes
Oven temperature: 260°/300 °C

Storage and shelf life:

Store in the refrigerator until the expiry date indicated on the package.

Pinsa Cesare is a special, versatile, practical and quick product to prepare at any time of day. It can be filled with sweet or savoury ingredients and is ideal for preparing vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Try it also as focaccia or simply as an alternative to bread.

Its special characteristics make it a unique product, completely different from a usual pizza or focaccia base:

  • the completely manual processing that gives it its irregular shape typical of an artisanal product (completely different from ordinary pasta discs produced by industrial processes);
  • the internal softness protected by a delicate and pleasant crunchiness on the outside (which remains unaltered even when cold or when reheated after many hours);
  • the exclusive use of natural raw materials,without the use of GMOs and chemical additives;
  • the low fat and calorie content (the dough contains only a minimal amount of extra virgin olive oil).

With a natural leavening time of 72 hours, the sourdough starter enhances the quality of the flours used for the dough and brings out their natural fragrances, giving the Pinsa an unmistakable flavour that goes well with every ingredient.

Our special flour mix

Ensures a high degree of hydration (approx. 80%) and makes it possible to produce a long-rising, low-calorie dough with a high protein content.

Retains and fixes more water inside the dough during baking, resulting in a product that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Provides important nutritional qualities and gives crunchiness and crispness with a very low fat content.
