We take the utmost care in all stages of production up to product distribution.

We produce our Pinse entirely by hand, using genuine raw materials of certified quality, excluding the use of GMOs, chemical additives and improvers.

KNEADING AND ROLLING OUT THE DOUGH:
made strictly by hand from a mixture of flours and natural yeasts, which give our Pinsa its special characteristics.

PRECOOKING
performed at the ideal time, i.e. when the dough has reached the perfect degree of maturity.

DISTRIBUTION:
Managed by reliable partners, able to guarantee the continuity of the cold chain, which is essential to maintain the quality levels of our Pinse.

Mother Dough | Natural Yeast

Enhances the quality of the flours used for the dough by bringing out their natural fragrances.

Wheat flour

Ensures a high degree of hydration (approx. 80%) and makes it possible to produce a long-rising, low-calorie dough with a high protein content.

Rice flour

Retains and fixes more water inside the dough during baking, resulting in a product that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Whole Soy Flour

Provides important nutritional qualities and gives crunchiness and crispness with a very low fat content.
